Facility is available on a schedule basis 24/7, 365 days a year.

Technology
The classroom is outfitted with 16, 72" x 30" tables.  Each table has two chairs and a duplex power outlet.  There is seating for 32 students.  Take a look at the floor plan located at the bottom of the photos page.

Wireless internet connectivity IS PROVIDED and half the classroom also has hard wired network connectivity (for those whose laptops will not support wireless).  Individual workstations ARE NOT provided.

There is a large (150”) electric projection screen at the front of the room and a Sharp DLP projector mounted on the ceiling.  From the front of the room, the instructor has a video connection to the projector.  Raising the projection screen exposes a large whiteboard.

Audio for the room is provided by an AM/FM stereo tuner/amplifier.  Speakers at the front and back of the room provide ample audio coverage.  There is an auxiliary connection at the instructor’s podium that can be plugged in to a laptop so the audio from the instructor’s laptop (or any other device) can easily be heard throughout the classroom.

If your training requires the use of virtual machines, we do have two, dual quad-core (8 processors each) servers with 64GB of RAM that can run MIcrosoft Hyper-V virtual machines that your students can access with a remote desktop connection.  Use of the servers would entail setup coordination and additional cost.

Kitchen/Break Area
The kitchen and break area contains a side-by-side refigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice and water in the door.  This can be stocked with any refreshments desired for a minimal charge or you may bring your own.  Additional applicances include a convection microwave, Keurig individual serving coffee machine, full kitchen sink and dishwasher.
